Return Policy:

Everything I make, with the exception of Hats & Bows is custom made for you. This means that the items take time to create, so please be patient. Also, no returns can be made since it it sized & designed for you alone. This includes custom artwork, as you are paying for my time as an artist. Hats & Bows are the only items that can be returned & only if you did not request a custom color or style. If you are not happy with something you ordered, I will do my best to try and resolve that. Ultimately, I stand by my the quality of my work.
